Fire Damage – Fort Myers Home
Fire damage at this Fort Myers home started in the kitchen with a grease fire on the stove. Grease fires burn very hot creating a great deal of soot and smoke damage throughout the structure. In the before photo, you can see portions of the ceiling were burnt, and there were soot and smoke damage on the remainder of the room. The soot and smoke damage extended to other areas of the house. SERVPRO of North Fort Myers would clean up any water left by the firefighting effort and begin demolition of the fire-damaged kitchen. At the same time, they would have a crew wiping down the soot and smoke damage throughout the house. After all of the cleanup, the kitchen would be rebuilt.
