Commercial water damage at this Fort Myers office building resulted from a leak in a water pipe in between the walls. As the before photo shows we were required to remove a portion of the drywall to find and repair the source of the leak and also to dry the affected area properly. We employed commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to execute the drying process. Once our monitoring equipment signaled that the area was dry, we repaired the drywall and prepared the offices for business again.
