Commercial Water Damage – Fort Myers

Commercial water damage occurred at this Fort Myers office facility when the supply line to the automatic sprinkler system burst and poured large quantities of water on the office flooring. The supply line burst during the night, so a lot of water had accumulated by morning when it was discovered. Employees arriving for work discovered the water damage and reported it to the building management who immediately called SERVPRO of N. Ft. Myers / Punta Gorda. We classified this as an emergency and dispatched crews to the site immediately. We cleaned up the water with trailer mounted water extraction equipment. We then placed numerous dehumidifiers and commercial air movers in service to help with the drying process.
